抄録: The aim of this paper is to reconstruct the theory on learning subjects, taking account of the actual aspects of human life, and the method of it is to examine what human needs and desires are like, as a basic considreation. In this paper, I succeed critically to the needs theory of A.H.Maslow. Firstly, by reinterpreting his theory of human motivation, it can be regarded as the one thinking much of one's relationship with others. Secondly, in taking his studies as a whole about human needs into consideration, it is concluded that two fundamental units which constitute his theory are "the human needs for continuing to live as a life itself" and "the inevitable needs for realizing the values of his or her own existence as a human being". Succeeding to these viewpoints, I attempt to propose an essay on the basic theory which can play a role in a standard of practices of lifelong learning.
