抄録: This paper showed process and information of teachers'personnel affairs that were investigated from the questionnaire.// Teachers'personnel affairs were considered as the process that was unified, because they were managed under the law and the syste7n that was unified. However, in public schools, it is known that the geographical range to which teachers are transferred is various by the prefecture. Therefore, if the transferred range is different, it is possible that the assignments of the work of the boards of education also differ, In order to check this, the questionnaire was performed to the personnel who take charge of personnel affairs in boards of education. Moreover, in case teachers'personnel affairs are performed, the boards of education can consider collecting information. However, since it was not checked about this until now, either, it investigated using the questionnaire.// Consequently, diversities for every prefecture were discovered about teachers'personnel affairs. Moreover, differences arising from general teachers and managerial teachers are discovered, It is afuture subject to show clearly whether what explains the difference about a prefecture difference.
