抄録: Recently, medical health examination for infants has been very substantial, and there has been a strong probability in detecting young infants with disabilities. In addition, there are many medical treatment systems and plenty of welfare works for infants with disabilities. In spite of regional differences, it can be foreseen that a policy for infants with disabilities will be better all the more in the future. However, in despite of such welfare preparedness for infants with disabilities, the serious conflicts concerning school placements is often occurred between parents and administrative staffs. The purpose of this study is to analyze and to know the current status and problem of administrative instruction regarding school placements for children with disabilities from the viewpoint of guaranteeing development. All the results of this study suggested that community health and school health should share hereafter common ideas and information about children with disabilities who live in community with each other, and that supports for school placements should begin from an early stage in age under deep relationships of them.
