抄録: This paper is a preliminary attempt to conceptualize the specificity of "pedagogic relationships" by critically reviewing Althusser's "Ideologic et appareils ideologiques d'Etat" and La reproduction by Bourdieu & Passeron. After discussing the similarities and dissimilarities between the concepts "interpellation" (Althusser) and "violence symbolique" (Bourdieu), the "fetishism of symbols" is identified with the specific effect in "pedagogic relationships". One of the conclusions of this paper is that pedagogic phenomena cannot be reduced to other kinds of phenomenon and that, by its specific effect, what is occurring within pedagogic relationships leads to the everyday representations: "Education forms or inculcates something." This view is supposed to have a merit of escaping from doing such a sterile criticism as to merely juxtapose, to a certain "ability", other kind of "ability" which is itself the result of the fetishism of symbols.
