Research which examine psychological factors associated to MRS can be divided into five main factors, (a) menstrual attitudes, (b) sex-role personality, (c) self-care, (d) stress, (e) and personality or cognitive characteristics. Research which examine effects of interventions to MRS can be divided into three topics, (a) self-monitoring, (b) education, (c) and psychotherapies. 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to review the psychological research about menstrual-related symptoms (MRS) among women in their twenties and thirties.
