By analyzing the trends of last decade and current conditions, I clarified four problems which are (1) Increasing possible students and shortage of acceptable companies, (2) difference and its influence between practical and ideal period of co-op/internship program, (3) low possibility of being directly related to the recruitment of company, (4) presence of companies which abuse the education system. 内容記述 | More than 10 years have passed since the co-op/internship education program began to spread around universities in Japan. Most of university students uhojoined the program are fairly content with such a practical education. Despite that, this cooperative education has been bringing about some problems.
