内容記述 | Most of the materials relating to Remizov that were owned by Iegor Reznikov, who lived in Paris, were entrusted to the Literary Museum in Moscow in 2012 for management and preservation. Mr. Reznikov was the son of Natalia Reznikova, a Russian émigré who supported Remizov in the later years of his life. After Remizov died in 1957, the Reznikov family stored numerous items left to them by the author for over 50 years. While the author himself often lamented the loss of the many materials that were scattered due to wars and becoming an émigré, the massive amount of items left behind by the novelist demonstrates his attachment to “things.” He was even teased by Ivan Bunin in the past for never throwing away his manuscripts. It is a grand achievement that the family had preserved those items without breaking up the collection or losing them. The materials are categorized into 11 groups, and among them, what particularly attracts the interest of many people, are the guest books called the “Golden Books” in seven volumes. After he lost his eyesight in his later years, he wrote various things about his everyday life in his notebooks, and over time, handed them over to visitors to his home and asked them to draw signs and pictures in them. Thus, from 1951 to November 1957, virtually every guest who visited his home wrote their names in one of the notebooks. From the pictures and signs left by the guests, you can envision Remizov trying to enjoy life despite his troubles. Focusing on the guest books and letters owned by the Museum, this paper elucidated the interactions of the people of culture in Remizov’s apartment in Paris and the influential relationships among them. |
