In this paper, I analyze what kind of structural change there was in the college graduate labor market, from the bubble economy period to the present. There is a reason to especially limit the time to since the 1990s. Because I think that some non-economic factors were involved in the structural change of that time. Those factors are the sudden rise of college enrollment rate, rapid expansion of non-regular employment of young people, the abolition of the regulation of the recruitment system that lasted approximately 40 years, the appearances of the job hunting by the net. The structural change is caused by a change in the elements that make up the new graduate labor market, and the market structure is different from that before and after a certain boundary. Specifically, I check how the job offer trend of the company after the 90s transformed by the environmental change of the times. I use a statistical method (Chow test) as a technique. As a result of analysis, I confirm that the structure of college enrollment rate and non-regular employment rate have changed in 1993 and 2008.
