Through the review of the previous studies, I found problems with the effects of psycho-education that focuses on communication. As a result, five problems arose. They are the setting of the control group, the acquisition of follow-up data, the practitioner of the psycho-education, the inspection method of the effects, and the qualitative examination of the effects. Furthermore, I discuss the definition of psycho-education that focuses on communication and its significance for university students.
