When we try to solve the serious problems of modern education, such as school refusal and bullying, we can not attribute the problem to individial teacher or student, but we need to grasp the relation or system in education,and construct the theoretical frame that enables us an effective approach. In this paper, we follow the development of systemtheory in the family therapy, and then we will inquire into the possibility of systemtheory's application to the various relations in education. On that occasion, it may be a matter whether the systemtheory is an external control theory or not.
