Secondly, we introduce a student organization of local community activity in Fukui city. We will consider how young people change their attitude towards the local community activities by having an opportunity to participate in them. The percentage of young people who participate in local community activities or volunteer activities is less than 30 percent. The reason why they do not participate in those activities is not by their indifference, but in ignorance of how to participate in them. The effect that it brings to provide the opportunity of the local community activity participation to the youth has three types. The first type is the youth participating in a local activity eagerly from a beginning. The second type is the youth who raised the will for the local community activity.
