I focus on typical the Work Integration Social Enterprises (=WISE) in Fukui. In Fukui the performance of employment of people with disabilities is high because there are a number of organizations of support for continuous employment (A type). In this paper I analyze the approach and logics of the practice of “Community Network Fukui”, which is the largest organization of support for continuous employment (A type) in Fukui. Using data of interviews and official documents, I show that “Community Network Fukui” introduce successfully the logic of the for-profit enterprise and develop efficiency of the staff with and without disabilities.
