However, because of the prolonged recession, and downturn in the stock market, conventional IPO models have stalled as attraction is being lost not only for private business but also for venture capital. Therefore, any extension of the conventional measures will likely result in repeated failure, Thus, in order to regenerate venture finance, measures including construction of regional eco-system (such as the development of business infrastructure venture growth), and entrepreneurial education are needed.
