{"created":"2021-03-01T06:34:36.632501+00:00","id":17297,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"74bf8f02-c6ca-4938-86a1-f68a0f4b1d9f"},"_deposit":{"id":"17297","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"17297"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp:00017297","sets":["55:864:982:983","9:504:867:984:985"]},"item_4_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Japanese Company Groups under Global Competition(Rethinking of Japanese economy in 1990s)"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2003-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"6","bibliographicPageEnd":"22","bibliographicPageStart":"3","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"54","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"社會科學研究"}]}]},"item_4_description_13":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿の課題は,近年の日本で,(1)株式持合いの解消と(2)日本経済に占める6大企業集団のウエートの後退という,二つの現象が進行した事実をふまえて,日本の企業集団が変容をとげたか否かを検証すること,および,その作業を通じて,グローバル競争下で日本の企業集団がどのような経済機能をはたしているかを解明することにある.本稿での検討結果をまとめれば,上記の二つの現象が進行したにもかかわらず,日本の企業集団がはたす諸機能は基本的には変化しなかったと言うことができる.ただし,競争のグローバル化が進むなかで,企業集団のあり方にいくつかの変化が生じつつあることも,事実である.第1の変化は,企業集団の株主安定化機能や組織能力補完機能をあまり必要としない有力なメンバー企業が登場したことである.第2の変化は,競争のグローバル化にともないメンバー企業が追求するクリティカルマスの形成を通じて,企業集団自身の再編が始まったことである.第3の変化は,6大企業集団の旧財閥系3集団と銀行系3集団への2極分解が重要な意味をもつようになったことである.しかし,これらの変化は,日本の企業集団が消滅することを意味するものではない.第1の変化をもたらすような有力メンバー企業の数は,まだまだ多くない.第2の変化や第3の変化は,典型的な企業集団の数が六つより少なくなることを示唆してはいるが,企業集団それ自体がなくなることを意味していない.グローバル競争下でも日本の企業集団は,株式相互持合いによる株主安定化という基本的機能を維持しつつ,競争のグローバル化に直面したメンバー企業が達成することを追られた事業上の課題と各企業がもつ組織能力とのあいだに生じたギャップをうめる,補完機能も引き続きはたしているのである.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Since 1990s Japanese company groups, kigyo shudan in Japanese, experienced two bid changes ; dissolving cross share holdings and decreasing its weight in the Japanese economy. The purpose of this paper is to examine whether the roles of Japanese company groups disappeared under such a situation or not.
