内容記述 フラックスゲート形電流センサに関する研究はこれまで数多く行われている。フラックス形電流センサは常温で高感度なセンサであり、数mA オーダーの測定が可能である。そこで産業機器のバッテリモニタリングシステムに幅広く用いられて、需要が高まっている。/本研究ではフラックスゲート形電流センサの駆動周波数に注目し、小電流測定だけでなく大電流測定も可能な測定原理を提案し、実装に向けて原理の検証を進めた。透磁率の変化によって磁気回路法に基づき状態空間法を用いた解析、コアの温度特性を測る実験から、コアと電気回路の特性がセンサ駆動周波数に影響することを確認した。そこで回路シミュレータによる解析を行い、コアの特性が大きく影響することを確認した。そこで磁気非線形を持つコアの傾斜データを簡易的な実験から、コアの特性がセンサ駆動周波数に与える影響について検討し、コアの特性限界を示す結果を得た。
