A quantification of elemental concentration in the biological samples requires decomposition process, but con\u0002ventional methods such as using microwaves are expensive because of usage of sophisticated experimental apparatus. The present study established an easier and cheaper method to decompose biological samples in acid using commercially available centrifuge tube and heat controller.
