The results revealed the following: 1) The post-entrance matching system provided a satisfying environment for students and an equal distribution of personnel for faculty, although the matching period was shorter than that of the U.S.-style laboratory rotation. 2) some faculty members had a problem that it was difficult to make a schedule of the laboratory as a whole.
