{"created":"2022-07-15T06:19:24.594308+00:00","id":2005447,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"ee6f9dec-dfc2-4046-83e3-7a9e2e5f8ad9"},"_deposit":{"id":"2005447","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2005447"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp:02005447","sets":["8323:8324:8326","9:7435:7439"]},"author_link":[],"item_8_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2022-07","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicVolumeNumber":"12","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"IFI Working Paper"}]}]},"item_8_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿は、昨今急増するスタートアップ・エコシステム（SES）研究の複眼的な整理を試みるとともに、日本におけるSES 研究を前進させるために取り組むべきリサーチ・アジェンダを提示することを目的とする。SES は、費用対効果の高い地域経済振興のツールとして多くの政策立案者から注目を集める一方、「政策や実践が研究を先導している」と言われる状態で、そのことが結果的に成功したSES の特徴をまねることに基づいた政策の同質化を引き起こすことが懸念されている。本稿は、上記の目的に対して、具体的に次の5 点の研究課題に取り組む。第一にSES 研究の潮流を整理する。そのアプローチとして、質・量ともに先行してきた定性的研究を概観する。第二にSES が内包する属性や構成要素を俯瞰的に整理する。また、それらの関連性について論じた上で、不足する定量的研究の課題を明示する。第三にSES の地域性を論じる。ここには地域独自の資源や環境、文脈をどのようにSES の形成に反映させるかという視点も含まれる。第四にSES 形成過程における経路依存性に着目し、形成初期における地域との結びつきや、国際展開を担う起業家との関係について論じる。第五に、スタートアップの異質性とダイバーシティ・マネジメントについて論じる。起業家にとってSES 内で信頼を得ることは事業を継続していく上で死活問題であると同時に、SES にとってはいかにSES 内の多様性を高く保つかが重要となる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The aim of this paper is to present a multifaceted view of the recent studies in startup ecosystem (SES) research, and to suggest research agendas that should advance SES research in Japan. While SES has attracted the attention of policymakers, there are concerns which may result in policy homogenization based on imitating the features of successful SES. This paper addresses the following five research questions. First, it organizes the current trends in SES research and reviews both qualitative and quantitative research. Second, it clarifies the attributes and components of SES. Third, it discusses the regional characteristics of SES, including the perspective of how to reflect the unique resources and context of the region. Fourth, it focuses on the path dependency in the formation process of SES.
