2017，2021).近代 経済学における協同組合の理論研究は Ward(1958)に始まり，労働者管理企業(LMF)や労 働者協同組合など労働力を提供する人達によって所有される組織を，おもな研究対象として発展してきた.\nそして近年では，協同組合をはじめパートナーシップ，非営利企業，相互所有企業，行政機関などの非株式会社組織が株式会社に比して効率的となる環境を分析する研究，またはそ れらの組織による株式会社とは異なる役割に焦点を当てた研究も，顕著に現れるようになっ た.それらの多くはHansmann(1996)に触発されたものであり，Grossman and Hart(1986)，Hart and Moore(1990)らによって構築された不完備契約に基づく財産権理論等による組織の経済学アプローチに依拠している.\n本稿では LMF に関する理論研究および組織の経済学における非株式会社組織研究を俯瞰するとともに，Hart and Moore(1996，1998)，Bubb and Kaufman(2013)を中心に，利用者所 有企業に関する理論モデルにおける仮定およびそこから導かれる帰結について解説を試みる.
