Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 11 public middle school teachers and analyzed using a modified grounded theory approach (M-GTA). The results of the analysis were summarized into 20 concepts and 6 categories, and the relationship between the 20 concepts and 6 categories was shown in the resultant diagram.
