Specifically, we aimed to clarify their characteristics by focusing on the generational change of the faculty and examining its formation and transformation. As a result, there were two generational changes and three generations were found. It was found that each generation was responsible for the \"national necessity\" and maintained it for a relatively long time in the phase of concurrent employment and public office, but they reinterpreted and differentiated it in the phase of establishing the independence of the faculty and establishing academic expertise.
