Populations at Chichibu Mountains"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2002","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"98","bibliographicPageStart":"93","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"107","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"東京大学農学部演習林報告"}]}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"埼玉県秩父郡大滝村の東京大学秩父演習林に生育する，林齢の異なる2つのウダイカンバ集団について，アロザイムマーカーの開発を行い，遺伝的変異の実態を明らかにした。調査地Aは，標高1200～1350m，ツガ・ミズナラが優占し，ウダイカンバがわずかに混交する林分で，面積は約4haである。この林分のウダイカンバの樹齢は50年以上と推定される。調査地Bは，標高1200～1250m，約10年生のウダイカンバのほぼ純林で，面積は約0.3haである。この林は，イヌブナが優占する天然林が1990年12月に皆伐された跡地に，ウダイカンバが一斉更新したものである。これらの調査地内に生育するウダイカンバ集団を，それぞれ集団A，Bとした。2000年3月に，集団Aの34個体，集団Bの46個体から，遺伝分析に供するための冬芽を採取し，津村らの方法にしたがってアロザイム分析を行った。その結果，2つの推定遺伝子座（LapとDia）が検出された。また，集団Aと集団Bの遺伝子組成には有意な差は認められなかった。したがって，両者は同じ遺伝子プールを共有していると推察された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Genetic diversity of Betula maximowicziana populations in the Chichibu Mountains was examined using allozyme markers. The study was conducted at two different sites in the Tokyo University Forest in Chichibu referred to as Site A and B. Site A is a natural forest wherein Tsuga sieboldii and Quercus mongolica dominate. Site B is a ten-year-old forest of B. maximowicziana. The density of B. maximowicziana in site A and site B were 56/ha and 1750/ha respectively. Winter buds were used for allozyme analysis and two polymorphic putative loci (Lap and Dia) were detected. These two populations had a similar genetic composition at both loci.
