{"created":"2021-03-01T06:43:18.454534+00:00","id":25355,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"2f504812-3e78-4a05-96de-2d002f0013bf"},"_deposit":{"id":"25355","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"25355"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp:00025355","sets":["27:2466:2467:2531","9:504:2469:2532"]},"item_4_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Dynamics of Pinus parviflora Population and a New Stem Disease of Himekomatsu in Boso Peninsula"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2001","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"89","bibliographicPageStart":"79","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"105","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"東京大学農学部演習林報告"}]}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ヒメコマツ（Pinus parviflora）は，マツ科マツ属単維管束亜属に属する日本特産のゴヨウマツで，福島県以南の本州，四国，九州に生育している。房総半島に生育するヒメコマツは，過去の気候変動を示す遺存的な群落として地史的にも貴重な存在で，一部の群落は天然記念物に指定されている。しかし，近年，房総半島のヒメコマツ群落は個体数が急速に減少している。東京大学千葉演習林では，1978年より四郎治沢でヒメコマツの更新促進のために下層木の伐採が行われ，その結果ヒメコマツの天然更新が促進された。ところが，その後，更新稚樹に未知のがん腫病が発生して，まもなくほとんどの稚樹が消失した。このがん腫病は稚樹だけでなく成木にも広く観察されることから，この病害によってヒメコマツの更新のみならず樹勢も衰退するのではないかと懸念された。そこで，ヒメコマツの天然更新と成木の樹勢衰退に関与するがん腫病の影響を明らかにするため，1992年から1995年にかけてヒメコマツの稚樹および成木の消長とがん腫病との関係について調査を行った。ヒメコマツ更新処理区内の稚樹の消長を調査した結果，調査区内では新たに更新した稚樹が7～8年でほぼ消失しており，その原因ががん腫病の罹病によることが明らかにされた。一方，更新試験地内の成木では，葉量の減少，枝の枯死，樹冠の崩壊などの衰退現象が見られた。これまでヒメコマツの減少は材線虫病による大量枯死が報告されていたが，より慢性的な衰退現象としてがん腫病の関与が大きいものと考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Himekomatsu, Pinus parviflora, are naturally distributed in Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu, in Japan. Some related variety species, Pinus parviflora var. pentaphylla was differentiated due to climate changes after the period of Pleistocene. The former is ecologically a southern type and the latter is a northern type from their natural distribution. Recently, Himekomatsu stands are declined remarkably in the forest of Boso Peninsula, Chiba Prefecture. The transition of Himekomatsu seedlings were examined in the Himekomatsu forest at Shiroji-sawa, the University Forest in Chiba, The University of Tokyo. The actual conditions of Himekomatsu decline and natural regeneration of the seedlings were described in details. From the survey, the close relationship was observed between the wilt of seedlings and the stem canker of Himekomatsu.
