{"created":"2021-03-01T06:43:19.811662+00:00","id":25376,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"73027f98-6b9d-4144-961c-07eec401db40"},"_deposit":{"id":"25376","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"25376"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp:00025376","sets":["27:2466:2467:2537","9:504:2469:2538"]},"item_4_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Anti-Bioluminescent Activity of Coniferous Bark Extracts on MICROTOXTM Test"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1999","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"142","bibliographicPageStart":"133","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"102","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"東京大学農学部演習林報告"}]}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"発光バクテリアにおける生物発光阻害に基づくMICROTOXTM試験は,簡便な環境毒性試験として広く利用されている。本研究では,産業的に重要な6種の針葉樹の樹皮抽出物について,MICROTOXTM試験における発光阻害活性を調べた。各樹皮から得たn-ヘキサン抽出物と酢酸エチル抽出物のうち,特に強い活性を示したのはアカマツとトドマツ樹皮のn-ヘキサン抽出物であった。トドマツ樹皮のn-ヘキサン抽出物から,その原因物質をカラムクロマトグラフィーなどで精製した。GC-MS及び13C-NMRを用いてその化学構造を分析した結果,原因物質はオレイン酸であると同定した。そこで,MICROTOXTM試験を用いてオレイン酸に関連するいくつかの化合物について,その発光阻害活性を調べたところ,炭素数18の脂肪酸で9位にZ型の不飽和二重結合を持つものが非常に強い阻害活性を有することが明らかとなった。さらに,6樹種の樹皮についてn-ヘキサン抽出物中のオレイン酸量を定量したところ,アカマツとトドマツ樹皮にオレイン酸の含有率が特異的に高いことが認められた。以上のことから,針葉樹の樹皮抽出物のMICROTOXTM試験における発光阻害の主原因はオレイン酸の存在によると結論した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"MICROTOXTM tests based on the inhibition of bioluminescence by Photobacterium have been widely used for evaluation of environmental toxicity. Anti-bioluminescent activity in MICROTOXTM tests was examined for bark extractives from six coniferous species. The activity was observed for both n-hexane and ethyl acetate extracts from all species tested. Among these, n-hexane extracts from the barks of Abies sachalinensis and of Pinus densiflora showed extremely strong activity. The most active compound was purified from the n-hexane extracts of A. sachalinensis bark and identified as oleic acid by GC-MS and 13C-NMR analyses. Several authentic compounds structurally related to oleic acid were also subjected to MICROTOXTM test. The results showed that C18 unsaturated fatty acids with Z-double bond at 9-position have strong activity.
