It has been expanding to the northern part of Japan. On the incidence of the disease, relations between the damage and the weather conditions were investigated in Ibaraki prefecture. From two points of view, the expansion of the infected area and the severity of the damage, two analyses were carried out; relationship between annual amounts of the damage and weather values, and the influence of temperature and precipitation in the areas where the damage has severed. From the result, weather conditions such as temperature and precipitation in summer had little relations with the expansion of the infected area.
