{"created":"2021-03-01T06:43:36.035585+00:00","id":25624,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"e6d81a20-d37f-4f93-bcd6-655322484e5e"},"_deposit":{"id":"25624","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"25624"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp:00025624","sets":["27:2466:2467:2599","9:504:2469:2600"]},"item_4_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"The Performances of Hanging Monorail Logging-Train"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1981","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"99","bibliographicPageStart":"85","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"71","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"東京大学農学部演習林報告"}]}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"間伐材の有用な搬出方式の一つとして期待されている林業用懸垂式モノレールの性能試験を,東京大学農学部附属千葉演習林において行った。主な結果は次のとおりである。1)0.7°のほぼ水平な区間で708kgの生材を満載した時の走行速度は38.1m/分であった。最急勾配25.9°の上り区間の限界積載荷重は661kgであり,走行速度30.9m/分であった。空車時2速は78.9m/分(0.7°下り)~79.6m/分(25.9°下り)と,従来の林業用モノレールに比べて高速であることがたしかめられた。以上の積載荷重,走行速度は,運材能力として十分であると思われる。2)作業能率は,作業人員,木寄能率,積載量,運材距離,走行速度,荷卸・荷積時間の関数として理論的に表現することができる。運材距離が長くなるにつれて作業能率は下がるが,機関車の運行と木寄・荷積作業の待ち時間を調整しながら,運材距離に適した作業形態を選択することによって,作業能率を最大に維持できることが明らかになった。しかし,運材距離が長くなると(当試験地では270m位),屈曲式単線循環索道の方が有利になる。当試験地の運材距離184~206mにおける木寄および運材の作業能率は,木寄能率と機関車の運行がちょうどつりあって,0.30m3/人時(6人作業時)であった。3)列車の通過によってレールを吊るすワイヤロープに発生する張力は,列車がワイヤロープの支点を次々に通過しながら遠ざかっていくのに伴って,減少していくことがたしかめられた。ふつうに架設された水平区間で,708kgの生材を満載した時のワイヤロープの張力安全率は3.9となり,一般的にはワイヤロープの安全性は十分であるといえる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"We investigated the performances of hanging monorail logging-train, which is suitable for hauling small thinned logs, in the Tokyo University Forest in Chiba. The results are as follows: 1) Velocity on the average grade of 0.7 degree is 38.1m/min with the full payload of 708 kg.Velocity on the up grade of 25.9 degree is 30.9m/min with the critical payload of 661 kg. Velocity in high gear with no load is 78.9-79.6m/min, which is higher than any other monorail logging-train. It is recognizable that the velocities and payload capability are sufficient to haul small thinned logs. 2) Operational efficiency can be expressed as the function of crew size, prehauling time, payload, hauling distance, velocity of train, loading time, and unloading time. Though operational efficiency decreases with the increase of hauling distance, it can be promoted by selecting the appropriate working system, that is, by adjusting the works of prehauling and loading to the travel time of the train. But it is also clarified that mono-cable system comes to be more profitable than monorail logging-train in case of long hauling distance (in this experiment, more than 270m). The operational efficiency in the experimental area was 0.3m3/man-hour by a six-men-crew. 3) The additional tension of the wire rope, 8 mm in diameter, which suspends the rails decreases as the train passes the intermediate supports of the wire rope one after another. Factor of safety in wire rope tension was 3.9 in the horizontal section when the trucks were fully loaded with 708 kg logs.
