But until recently no Sanskrit manuscript of this work had been discovered. Recently, a complete manuscript of the Vyavasthālī was identified in Sector A of photograph Xc14/30 photographed by Rāhula Sāṅkṛtyāyana in Tibet and later acquired by the Niedersächsische Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek, Göttingen. Basing myself on this photograph, I have already published romanized editions of Chapter I, Chapter II, 3-1-3 to 3-3-3 of Chapter III and Chapter IV in Memoirs of the Institute of Oriental Culture. In this article I have transcribed the Sanskrit text of 3-3-4 of Chapter III. This chapter mainly explains the efficiency of maṇḍala practice of the Guhyasamājatantra. As is common in medieval manuscripts from Eastern India, the manuscript do not distinguish between ba and va. There is frequent confusion of sa and śa. In addition, sattva and tattva are regularly written satva and tatva, while a consonant after r (repha) is doubled, but these and other discrepancies with standard orthographical practice have been transcribed as they are.
