Heideggers Gedichtsinterpretation zufolge, gibt es zwei Moglichkeiten ein Gedicht zu erfahren : die \"Vorstellung\" des Lesers und sein \"Nachdenken\" uber das Gedicht. Man kann davon ausgehen, daβ die Kinder diese Erfahrung wahrnd des Gedichtsunterrichts erleben. Diese Abhandlung geht auf die Fragestellung des Lehrers und die Antworten der Kinder wahrnd des Unterrichts, dessen Gegenstand Bashos Haiku ist, ein, und beschreibt konkret die Erfahrungen der Kinder. Der Lehrer regt die Kinder wahrnd des Unterrichts zum Nachdenken uber das Haiku an, indem er fragt \"wo ist der Dichter wohl\", weil diese Frage die Kinder Nachdenken zu drangen vermag. Der Zusammenhang zwischen dieser Frage und dem Nachdenken uber das Haiku wird durch den Dialog der Kritiker uber das gleiche Haiku beleuchtet.
