Through the process of discussion, with the help of each members and also with the help of the group process and group dynamics, several environmental factors, personal factors, especially inner core factors of the person and also basic factors underwent fermentation of career development of long time period of life history were realized. We found also there were turning points or critical points where critical change of career development occured. Four patterns of career development were identified. These were, patterns of career development basically depending upon external value systems, pattern of career development determind by environmental factors, pattern of career development determined by developing of inner core systems, and pattern of continuing outer and/or inner conflicts through the long range of career development.
