Shingakukou refers to high schools that have higher rates of student university entrance. Furthermore, shingakukou institutions mean shared cognitive concepts about appropriate organizational structures and organizational actors’ behaviors as shingakukou. This study focuses on the mechanism of institutionalization as increasing objectification. This mechanism includes theorization. Strang and Meyer (1993) pointed out that theorization is accelerated by “The formulation of patterned relationships such as chains of cause and effect.” The analysis of this study showed that X high school teachers constructed the logic which their practices and their defined outcome had correlation. They introduced the statistic method, which visualized such correlation. As a result, the relationship between the constructed practices of X high school and their outcome became a chain of cause and effect.
