The supervisor embodied so that the school might tend to have accepted the campaign agenda of mayor. Therefore, the supervisor has grasped the situation and subject of the school, chose the method for which research and adjustment were repeated and it was suitable, and performed environmental management. Although general administrative officer may also be possible, when the supervisor which has the professional expertise about school education, such as curriculum and educational guidance, and the network with the school bears too, the work of this each itself probably, it is realizable as what was more suitable for the school.
