The participant observation of one classroom has been continued in a year and a practitioner and two researchers had collaborative conferences by every two months. Three main results were as follows. First, the participation structure was gradually stabilized and each child's role was limited. But the intervention by the teacher could change and improve this structure. The second finding was the impotance of the teacher's self-designing after conferences through action research. And the third one was the conference process was the process that teacher re-narrated the child's image.
