The education law researchers have attempted to categorize teaching activities according to the nature of the activities in order to restrict and secure teachers’ teaching authority. The hereby formed education law theory makes a teacher him/herself independent from others and promotes the teacher’s self-control as action norms about decisions on teaching activities which stand in the center of teachers’ work.
