Therefore, first of all, supervisor's job view is examined from the description and survey about supervisor's job, and it is considered how supervisor's job should be caught. And while legal revision which  asks for arrangement of the supervisor to educational boards of cities and towns is performed, arrangement of the supervisor to educational boards of cities and towns and the state of the job are examined through analysis of supervisor's job actual condition in the small-scale board of education.// Although supervisor's job has been considered to be consultant to teacher, the actual condition has much of office work and consulting service is hardly made. In the report of the Tokyo board of education, it is said that a supervisor's core-job is three, 'planning Of educational measure', 'support of school management', and 'instruction and advice to study instruction and lifestyle guidance'.
