Therefore, if the transferred range is different, it is possible that the assignments of the work of the boards of education also differ, In order to check this, the questionnaire was performed to the personnel who take charge of personnel affairs in boards of education. However, since it was not checked about this until now, either, it investigated using the questionnaire.// Consequently, diversities for every prefecture were discovered about teachers'personnel affairs.
