19,2000"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2001-03-27","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"18","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"20","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"東京大学大学院教育学研究科教育行政学研究室紀要"}]}]},"item_4_description_13":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"この裁判の事案は,群馬県立桐生工業高校で起きた事件です。原告である松本先生は,この桐生工業高校の卒業生です。大学を出て教師となり,幸運にもというべきか母校である桐生工業高校に赴任しました。おそらく専門が染色学であったからだと思いますが,人事異動を経験することなく,桐生工業高校で定年退職を迎えることになりました。つまり松本先生は,生徒として3年間,教師として37年間,あわせて40年間桐生工業高校に\"在校\"したことになります。教師としての最後の年,松本先生は求められて「40年の回想」と題する一文(後掲資料)を生徒会誌に寄稿しました。回想文は生徒会誌に2頁(A5判)にわたり掲載されました。その内容の大半は同校の昔の様子と今の様子の違い,自分の専門,教師としての活動や成長についての記述です。また,分量としては4分の1ぐらいだと思いますが,自分の人生の回想として,勤評反対闘争,安保闘争,平和運動などに参加したこと,そこで学び考えたことについても記述されています。1995年度末に刊行されたこの生徒会誌は,からくも卒業式に間に合い,生徒全員に配布されました。生徒会誌を読んだ校長は,おそらく日米安保条約に触れている部分などを不適当と判断したのでしょう,(1)松本先生の了解を得ることなく,(2)生徒会の組織である生徒会誌編集委員会に問題を投げかけることもなく,(3)職員会議にきちんと諮ることもなく,生徒会顧問の教師に対し,まだ配布されていない生徒会誌から「40年の回想」を削除するよう命じました。校長は当初,配布済の生徒会誌の回収も考えたようです。顧問の先生は抗議の意思を表明したようですが,校長からの「職務命令」であるということで,残っていた何百冊かの生徒会誌から「40年の回想」の頁を切り取るという作業をおこないました。そして4月に入学してきた桐生工業高校新一年生全員に,切り取られた生徒会誌が配布されました。そのことを知った松本先生が,校長に謝罪等を求めておこした裁判が,この事案です。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"70641","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Urano,
