Peak frequency of the velocity spectrum is used instead of corner frequency. Brune model is used. The stress drop of the aftershock is estimated as about 1~30 bars. During the chain breaks which frequently appear immediately after the main shock, the stress level locally decreases to appoximately 1/20. High frequency component predominate in the foreshock which occurred about 8 days before the main shock. This shows that the stress level before the main shock was about 3~100 times higher than that of the aftershocks.
