{"created":"2021-03-01T06:51:24.377821+00:00","id":32706,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"291eb47e-c841-4391-bb3f-19c292f7036e"},"_deposit":{"id":"32706","owner":"1","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"32706"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp:00032706","sets":["80:4535:4691:4692","9:504:4538:4693:4694"]},"author_link":["126970","126971","126972","126973","126974","126975","126964","126965","126966","126967","126968","126969"],"item_4_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Damage to Buildings Caused by the 1994 Northridge Earthquake and Earthquake Response Analysis by Recorded Strong Ground Motions"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1995-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"4","bibliographicPageEnd":"378","bibliographicPageStart":"351","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"69","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"東京大學地震研究所彙報 = Bulletin of the Earthquake Research Institute, University of Tokyo"}]}]},"item_4_description_13":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1994年1月17日午前4時31分(日本時間午後9時31分)にLos Angelesの中心地であるダウンタウンから北西30kmのNorthridgeの深さ18kmを震源とし,マグニチュード6.7のいわゆる直下型地震の1994年Northridge地震が発生した.この地震は,マグニチュード6.7と地震の規模としては中規模であるが,震源深さが約18kmと比較的浅く,都市の直下で起きたためにLos Angeles各地に,人的,物的被害をもたらした.筆者等は,震央に近いNorthridgeを中心とした地域の,主として建築物の被害調査を行なった.地震によって被害のあった主な地域は,震源のあるSan Fernando valleyという,Los Angelesの中心地であるダウンタウンから北西に約30kmの盆地の内部および周辺の一部,そしてダウンタウンから西へ約20kmの海岸に近いSanta Monica地区,West Los Angeles地区である.今回の地震による建築物の被害は,駐車場建物,木造集合住宅,ショツピング.モールといった,特定の利用目的をもった数種類の構造物に被害が集中した.駐車場建物は,特にPCa造で,各ユニツト間の接合が不充分であったために,その接合部分の被害が多く,中にはそれが建物全体の被害をたらしたものもあった.木造集合住宅では,1階を駐車場スペースとするために,極端に剛性の低い構造となり,中には1階が潰れて甚大な被害となった建物もあった.四方を耐震壁で囲まれた巨大なショツピング.モールの建物は,耐震壁にせん断ひび割れの被害が多く見られた.また今回の地震は,地震活動が高い地域で都市直下に起こったため,緻密な観測網が張りめぐらされており,非常に多くの観測点で強震記録が観測された.そして,震央から南へ約5kmのTarzanaにおいて1.82gの水平地動最大加速度が観測され,0.9g以上の水平地動最大加速度もこの他に3地点で観測された.そこで,最大加速度0.9g以上の強震記録のうちの2つについて,弾塑性地震応答解析を行なって,その強震記録の破壊力の大きさについて検討した.その結果,Tarzana,Santa Monicaの強震記録は,地動最大加速度は大きいがその破壊力は既往の強震記録に比べてむしろ小さいものであった.しかしながら,Sylmarの強震記録は,単に地動最大加速度が大きいだけでなく,非常に破壊力のある地震動であることがわかった.Sylmarの強震記録の破壊力の大きさは,実際の建築物の被害で説明できる量をはるかに越えており,この記録の詳細な検討が今後必要となろう.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The 1994 Northridge Earthquake with the magnitude 6.7 occurrd on January 17, 1994 at 4:31 a.m. U.S. Pacific Standard Time(9:31 p.m. Japan Time).
