Observations were made along a 180-km line lying in the east-west direction from Agatsuma, Gunma Prefecture to Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. Along this line, 4 shots and 169 temporary observations were arranged by many universities and institutes. This profile crosses several tectonically interesting areas, such as the foot of Mt.
