Anomalously high heat flow values up to 479mW/m2 were again observed at the largest biological community, where a high heat flow value of 1680 mW/m2 had been discovered in 1988. This localized anomaly can be attributed to the interstitial fluid seepage at the community. Also, heat flow values along each line decrease away from the topographic inflection toward the Sagami Trough.
