{"created":"2021-03-01T06:51:27.096675+00:00","id":32746,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"253247ba-b771-426f-a007-f95320165a22"},"_deposit":{"id":"32746","owner":"1","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"32746"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp:00032746","sets":["80:4535:4717:4721","9:504:4538:4719:4722"]},"author_link":["127226","127227","127228","127229","127230","127221","127222","127223","127224","127225"],"item_4_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Deep Seismic Zone in the Western Part of the Seto Naikai (Seto Inland Sea) and its Surrounding Regions, Southwestern Japan"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1991-12-27","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"3","bibliographicPageEnd":"570","bibliographicPageStart":"553","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"66","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"東京大學地震研究所彙報 = Bulletin of the Earthquake Research Institute, University of Tokyo"}]}]},"item_4_description_13":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"瀬戸内海西部とその周辺は南海トラフから沈み込んだフィリピン海プレートの北西端に位置するといわれている.この地域には,芸予地震(1905年6月2日, M71/4)をはじめとする中規模の被害をともなうM7前後の地震が歴史上発生している.その発生メカニズムを解明し,またこの地域の地震予知研究を進めるうえでも,沈み込むスラブの姿を正確に把握することは最も重要な研究テーマの一つである.本論文では,白木微小地震観測所の多年にわたる微小地震観測により得られた震源データを用いることにより,この地域の稍深発地震面の形状を詳しく調べた.その結果以下のことがわかった. 1)地震面は四国西部の深さ約40kmから,西北西に鉛直方向に角度を増しながらつらなり,九州中部では深さ約140km付近に達している. 2)地震面の形状は,上に凸の円弧状の曲面で,厚さは10数～20kmであり関東・東北地方にみられる二重構造は認められない. 3)地震活動は,周防灘と安芸灘北部を結ぶ線上より北西側ではほとんどなく,地震面の北西端と考えられる. 4)地震面の最深部は北になるほど浅く,しだいに低角度となっている. 5)稍深発地震活動は,海域では活発であるが中国地方,四国陸域では急激に低下する. 6)四国中部から中国地方にかけての地震面は,水平から5°の低角度でつらなり少なくとも広島県中部の北緯34.5°付近まで達していると考えられる. 7)地震面には,伊予灘の深さ50km付近と豊後水道の深さ80～100km付近に,低活動域が認められる. 8)伊予灘の低活動域は,北への広がりがみられスラブの断裂を示している可能性がある.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The seismic telemetry network of the Shiraki Microearthquake Observatory is located in and around the western part of the Seto Inland Sea, southwestern Japan, and covers areas including the northwestern part of the subducting Philippine Sea plate. The data obtained at the observatory are suitable for a detailed study on the descending slab. The hypocenter data of good quality from July, 1983 through December, 1990 were used to delineate the deep seismic zone. From the distribution of located earthquakes for seven and a half years, the configuration of the deep seismic zone becomes clearer. In the area concerned, the deep seismic zone is one single plane with a thickness of about 10km-20km, reaching a depth of about 140km. The depth contours for the upper boundary of the Philippine Sea plate presented. There are gaps around the depth of 50km and 100km in the hypocenter distribution which seem to reflect the mechanics of the deep seismic zone.
