Routine observations have been carried out by using water-tube tiltmeters (25-meter long, two components), fused-silica extensometers (25-meter long, two components and 6-meter long, one component) and Ishimoto's horizontal pendulums. The observations by the extensometers and Ishimoto's pendulums were stopped in January, 1971. Except for the period from Feburary, 1971 to January, 1972, the observations by the water-tube tiltmeters have been continued until today. Almost all the data of the these observations still remain unpublished. In this paper, the data compilation method and the file system are considered for contributing to the future scientific usages of this data. Furthermore, the secular variation in ground tilt is extracted from the observation results of water-tube tiltmeters, and a comparison is made between the secular variation and leveling survey results by the Geographical Survey Institute.
