Wave amplitudes at Tosa-Shimizu and Kushimoto, both of which are located at the cape, are relatively high and amount to 20-30 cm with the period of 15 min. Refraction diagrams of both tsunamis are drawn and the difference of the wave amplitude between SW Japan and NE Japan is investigated.
