As the observational errors have large or small effects on the errors of the above mentioned quantities according to the distribution of the observation points, our aim is to find such distribution for which the errors are either small(good distribution) or large(bad distribution) by means of the Monte Carlo method. The problem was previously discussed under the assumption of surface focus.
