The Shizuoka-Shimizu Earthquake of April 20, 1965, and \"\"the Seismological Blocks\"\" revealed by the Earthquake"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1965-11-30","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"3","bibliographicPageEnd":"639","bibliographicPageStart":"625","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"43","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"東京大學地震研究所彙報 = Bulletin of the Earthquake Research Institute, University of Tokyo"}]}]},"item_4_description_13":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"静岡・清水付近の地震(昭和40年4月20日)によつて軽微な被害がでたが,その被告分布および主要動の方向を調べたところ,1.清水平野北部を中心とし,それを通る北東-南西方向の帯状地域内に被害が著しい地区がある(焼津市-安倍川河ロ-清水平野北部-小島-由比町入山-富士宮市).2.清水平野北部では,被害の著しい地区(推定最大水平加速度0.2～0.3g)は2ケ所(梅ケ谷・押切地区と原地区)にあり,いずれもこの地区の断層に沿つてほぼ南北にのびている.断層から遠ざかる方向では急に被害が減ずる(とくに地盤の良いところでそれが顕著).3.被害顕著地区内では地盤の良否にかかわらず被告が著しい.しかしその被害の内容は地盤を反映してやや異なつている.4.主要動の方向は一般に被害顕著地区以外では明瞭であつた.静岡市以北京では概して主要動の方向は南北,焼津以西では東西ないし北東-南西であつた.5.清水平野北部では南北動のほかに東西動,上下動も顕著なところが多く,また東西動のみが顕著な地区があつた.この東西動のみが卓越した地区(山原地区)は顕著な南北動が伴つた両隣の地区に比して被害が軽微であつた.上記の被害の特徴2・3・5から,地震によつてあらわれる地塊すなわち地震学的地塊を考えることが必要である.地震学的地塊はおそらく断層によつて区切られた(地質学的)地塊に対応しており,その性質の一つの反映ではあるが,両者は必ずしもつねに同一ではない.地震学的地塊は,短周期の強い振動による被告の線状分布,その直角方向への被害の急減,あるいは主要動方向の境界などとしてあらわれるが,そのあらわれる地塊の位置・大きさ・あらわれ方は地震毎に異なり,必ずしも常習的ではないらしい.地塊の考えで説明しにくいより大きな被害の排列方向(特徴1で述べた現象)は,P波節線にはぼ一致しているので,発震機構による疑いがある.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"A strong earthquake occurred in the Shizuoka-Shimizu district, Pacific coast of central  Japan, on April 20th, 1965, resulting in minor damage.
