It is made clear that the central area in the caldera can be divided magnetically into several areas. They are Kamiyama lavas, Komagatake lavas, Futagoyama lavas and the basalt lapilli and ash called Kanto ash. The differences in anomaly between these areas are obviously caused by the magnetization contrast of the formations. The intensity of magnetization of the central cone, Mt. Kamiyama, for example, seems unexpectedly large for an andesitic volcano, even though the topographic effect is taken into account. Now that the distribution of the present magnetic field in the caldera has been obtained, repetition of a magnetic survey of this kind would elucidate the volcanic activity in relation to the change in the earth's magnetic field.|1959年,9月上旬以来,箱根火山中央火口丘の神山周辺に,有感地震を伴う地震活動が活発となつた.水上教授によつてカルデラ内の数カ所に設置された地震計は,活動最盛期には,連日200~300ケの地震を記録し,活動開始以来3ケ月後に至つても,まだその終息を見ていない.筆者等は,火山活動に伴つて期待される地磁気変化を検出しようと,箱根火山カルデラ内で,10月26日から29日までの4日間プロトン磁力計を用いて,第1回目の磁気測量を行なつた.火山地域では,火山の構造に関連して,磁気異常が観察される.大島三原山における地磁気偏角の連続観測より,現在では,火山活動と地磁気の変化との間に密接な関係のあることが推定されている.磁気測量を繰り返せば,箱根火山においても,同様のことが期待されるわけである.使用したプロトン磁力計は,文部省科学試験研究費研究班の試作になるもので,従来の観測所固定用のものを,トランジスターを用いて小型化し,携帯に便利にしたものである.測定は全磁力だけに限られるが,携帯用プロトン磁力計の出現により,地磁気絶対測定が著しく容易になり,短時間内に数多くの側点で測定することが可能になつた.器械の精度については,測量に先立つて,油壷において地磁気変化計の記録と比較,5γ以上の誤差はないことが確認された.測定の結果は,第1表,第3図に示されている.測定時の地磁気日変化量は,油壷観測所を基準にとつて補正した.火山構造に従がい,最低45165.3γから最高47851.3γにおよぶ全磁力の地域的変動が見出される.また,図から明らかなように,カルデラの中央部は,大きく数ケの異常地域に分けることができる.すなわち,神山周辺の大きな磁気異常によつて特徴附けられる部分,双子山の小さな全磁力によつて特徴附けられる部分,その間の駒ケ岳を中心とする部分,これら中央火口丘によつて区画された領域内に,不規則に分布する,きわめて大きな全磁力を示す斑点状の地域,が存在する.これらの異常は,この地域の地下構造物質の違いにもとずくものであることが,地質図より明瞭に読みとれる.中央火口丘によつて特徴附けられる異常地域は,それぞれの火口より流出した熔岩の帯磁の差によつて形成されたものであるし,斑点状に分布する地域の大きな磁気異常は,富士火山礫および火山灰の帯磁によるものと推定される.700mの水準面を基盤として,この地域の磁気異常をみると,神山の如きは,700mの高さで1500γもの異常を示している.この異常は,神山と同じような安山岩質の火山である浅間山で得られた値の数倍にも達する.地形の影響を考慮しても,神山の帯磁の強さは異常に大きいと考えられる.第1回目の測量結果は,概略以上の通りである.今回のような測量を繰り返すことによつて,箱根火山においても,活動の消長に伴う磁気変化が明らかになるものと期待される.今回の測量に当つて,終始,適切な指導と支持を頂いた,力武博士に感謝するとともに,程々の便宜を計らい.折にふれて助言を与えられた,水上教授に深く謝意を表わす次第である.なお,現地での測量に際しては,神奈川県庁ならびに小田原土木出張所の諸氏の御好意,御尽力に負うところがきわめて多いことを附記して,関係各位に御礼を申し上げたい.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"132111","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"行武, 毅"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"132112","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"棚岡, 巌"}]}]},"item_4_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15083/0000033864","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_4_publisher_20":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"東京大学地震研究所"}]},"item_4_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00162258","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_4_source_id_8":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"00408972","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_subject_15":{"attribute_name":"日本十進分類法","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"453","subitem_subject_scheme":"NDC"}]},"item_4_text_21":{"attribute_name":"出版者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Earthquake Research Institute, University of Tokyo"}]},"item_4_text_4":{"attribute_name":"著者所属","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Graduate School, University of Tokyo"},{"subitem_text_value":"Earthquake Research Institute"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yukutake, Takesi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"132109","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tanaka, Iwao"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"132110","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-06-27"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"ji0381004.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.2 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"ji0381004.pdf","url":"https://repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/record/33864/files/ji0381004.pdf"},"version_id":"defe51b1-4d96-4f78-9259-5bf1b699f917"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"4.
