AC Transmission Systems)を設置した。近年太陽光発電大量導入が構想されており、需要家への供給電圧が電気事業法(101±6V)を逸脱してしまうのではないかと言われている。この対策として、タップ制御や蓄電池の設置といったものが研究されており、様々な報告がなされている。さらに、太陽光発電大量導入時における問題はそれだけではなく、瞬時電圧低下時にある一定の条件を超えることにより太陽光発電一斉脱落が起きる可能性がある。そこで本研究では電圧抑制も行え、高速制御が可能であるFACTS機器を用いる。一般に設備投資を行う場合、できるだけ少ないコストで最大限の効果を発揮しなければならない。このことより電圧逸脱問題は、電圧を制限範囲内に収めるために必要な所要容量を現実的に起こりうる太陽光発電導入の様々なパターンを考え、定量的に評価を行った。また、今までの研究報告では太陽光発電(PCS)を力率1運転するものが多かったが、本研究では力率を0.85とした場合も検討し、そのときの所要容量変化の検討も行っている。次に瞬時電圧補償として、その所要容量設置時においてフィーダ内での補償可能な範囲の評価を行った。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"8739","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ヨシズミ,
