The availability of seaweed and benthic organism in an integrated aquaculture system have contributed on the improving water quality by reducing DIN and increasing DO concentration. In the future, developing aquaculture models using the biorecycle system to reduce and minimize the inorganic and organic waste from the remaining feed, faeces and the other sources will be useful to maintain sustainable aquaculture in the coastal area.
