Despite the limited availability of resources, an ambitious 10 year plan had been formulated, and at this midpoint, we make up the balance. We involve students in the system & content development. This has various benefits, but also drawbacks. Some benefits are that the system is tailored to the needs and likes of the end-users, that the students bring a large variety of (engineering) backgrounds with them, and that they learn various skills through their involvement.
