The fish community was characterized by the juveniles of epibenthic species preferring bare sandy habitat, viz. Upeneus japonicus, Repomucenus curvicornis, R. lunatus, Paralichthys olivaceus, Tarphops oligolepis and Pleuronectes yokohamae, and the species associated with seagrass or macroalgal habitat, viz. Pholis crassispina, P. nebulosa and Rudarius ercodes, according to SIMPER analysis. While no significant differences were found in the physical water condition, total abundance, or species diversity and richness indices, cluster and canonical correspondence analyses showed that the post-earthquake species composition was clearly distinct from the pre-earthquake communities by the increase of demersal fish species associated with sandy substrate, such as Favonigobius gymnauchen and flatfishes, in contrast to the reduction of seagrass or macroalgal dependent fish species. The results suggest that the disturbance of tsunami has affected the expansion of the nursery and/or feeding potential for epibenthic species, including many commercial pleuronectid flatfishes, caused by the replacement of substratum by sandy sediment.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Special Issue(東日本大震災特集)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15083/00074035","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_4_publisher_20":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"International Coastal Research Center, Atmosphere and Ocean Research Institute, the University of Tokyo"}]},"item_4_select_14":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_select_item":"publisher"}]},"item_4_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11957899","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_4_source_id_8":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"13493000","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_text_21":{"attribute_name":"出版者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"東京大学大気海洋研究所国際沿岸海洋研究センター "}]},"item_4_text_4":{"attribute_name":"著者所属","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Sanriku Fisheries Research Center, Iwate University"},{"subitem_text_value":"Iwate Fisheries Technology Center"},{"subitem_text_value":"Laboratory of Aquatic Animal Ecology, Kitasato University School of Marine Biosciences"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Goto, Tomoaki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"145390","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Takanashi, Airi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"145391","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tamada, Satoru"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"145392","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hayashizaki, Ken-ichi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"145393","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-12-05"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"CMS400205.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"719.1 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"CMS400205.pdf","url":"https://repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/record/48910/files/CMS400205.pdf"},"version_id":"9654a1ac-83e5-4fd9-9b68-c5a66e053373"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Cluster","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"CCA","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"surf zone","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"fish fauna","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"habitat","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Temporal changes in the surf zone fish assemblage in Otsuchi Bay, Pacific coast of northeastern Japan, with comments on influences of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Temporal changes in the surf zone fish assemblage in Otsuchi Bay, Pacific coast of northeastern Japan, with comments on influences of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami"}]},"item_type_id":"4","owner":"1","path":["7672","7671"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-12-05"},"publish_date":"2017-12-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"48910","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Temporal changes in the surf zone fish assemblage in Otsuchi Bay, Pacific coast of northeastern Japan, with comments on influences of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":null},"updated":"2022-12-19T04:23:31.053315+00:00"}
